Beginning of Year Forms
Please follow the steps below for your student’s class only in order to complete all forms for the 2021-2022 school year. Thank you!
Beginning Band:
- Please read and complete the Lewis Cass Junior High Band Expectations form.
- Please pay the $20.00 shirt fee in order for your student to receive a new band Concert Shirt.
- If your student will be renting a band instrument from Lewis Cass, please read and complete the Lewis Cass School-Owned Instrument Rental form, then pay the instrument rental fee as well.

Cadet and Honor Band:
- Please read and complete the Lewis Cass Junior High Band Expectations form.

Solo and Ensemble
February 5th, 2022
Registration – Beginning Band
- Beginning band students are encouraged to sign up for a ensemble or choir that will be rehearsed during class.
- Students are permitted to additionally register for a solo, although it is purely optional.
Registration – Cadet & Honor Band
- Cadet & Honor Band students who register must arrange time to practice their solos or with the entire ensemble outside of class time (although some will be given).
- Cost:
- $15.00 per solo
- $7.00 per member of an ensemble
- Students are permitted to register in both a solo and an ensemble, but not more than one of each.
